What type of bowls do you make?

We can make bowls in many different shapes and sizes! Our first product and best selling bowl is our yarn bowls. We also sell decorative bowls, jewelry dishes, and charcuterie boards. Our products make great gifts for friends and family (or a treat for yourself)!!

How do I care for my bowl?

Clean your bowl as needed with a fine cloth. To restore the finish, apply a coat of fine beeswax. If you are washing a charcuterie board or salad bowl, please be sure to hand wash them!

What do you finish your bowls with?

Accepted Answer

All products are finished with an oil-based finish before being buffed and waxed with carnauba wax. 
Our artisan has recently been experimenting with a linseed oil and beeswax finish on yarn bowls and we've received a lot of positive feedback from customers. Follow our Instagram for more updates on this development!

Question 4

Is it safe to eat out of my bowl?

Accepted Answer

While all cured finishes are considered food-safe, the standard finish we use has not been certified by the manufacturer as food-safe. If you would prefer a bowl to have a finish that is safe for food contact, please let us know in your order. Understand that we currently do not have any inventory ready to ship with this finish and your wait time until you receive your bowl will be longer.

Question 5

How much is shipping, and how long will my bowl take to ship?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is an additional 20% to compensate for the weight of the bowls. Shipping time will depend on your location, but 6 business days from the time the bowl is completed is typically the maximum it should take for USA orders.
